Meetings are held on the third (3rd) Wednesday, September through May, with the exception of the months in which holidays may interfere, or for other extenuating circumstances.

Those unable to attend a luncheon must cancel their reservation with Julie Andress by noon on the Friday prior to the luncheon. The organization must pay for the number of lunches we call in. If you do not attend the meeting, you are responsible for payment.

If payment is not received within two (2) weeks, the Treasurer will mail you an invoice.
